The logo on the hoods in question has Campagnolo written right through the globe. Hard to imagine the right to their corporation's name expiring as long as the firm is extant.
I don't know whether they'd be inclined to chase someone over the use of the globe only but I expect that they would object to the use of their name's use without their licensing such a use.
