Received today from TrophyBikes in Philadelphia, who sponsors this event:

"The Great British Bike Weekend is on track for April 19 to 21 -- three days of old English 3-speed rides and rallies, workshops, a pub tour, and much more. For full details, check http://www.trophybikes.com... but don't forget these two highlights--the British Bike Swap on Sun., 4/21 9am-2pm--besides the usual array of classic old parts and accessories, there will be dealer from CT with a truckload of boxed, New Old Stock--never assembled, mint Raleigh bicycles--both three-speeders and road race models. Find the swap in the courtyard next to 319 Market Street."

I am told that the fellow from Connecticut will be bringing some Records, some Super Courses and, gasp, some Internationals. Apparently this represents the contents of a long-ago departed Raleigh dealer, and the haul will include some Raleigh shop fittings, cases, etc.
