Actually the glassine paper wrapper that the toe straps are packaged in offers a better clue to the real meaning of "Bianchi Dino":
"PRODUZIONE BIANCHI DINO IN ESCLUSIVA MONDIALE PER CINELLI CINO e C"
or Babel Fished: "PRODUCTION BIANCHI DINO IN WORLD-WIDE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT FOR CINELLI CINO and C"
