has them.I have a Schroeder of Bremen W.Germany that
is unkown age and appears to be Italian made with M in
fork crown and stay caps and braze on shift bosses,
derailleur cable through stay,recessed brake mounts,
and,,,,,,regular clips for brake cable on top tube!Go
figure?What is this Schroeder? Harris
