Eric, These cool looking olde cranks are from 1971 or later. The alloy version came out in 1974. Careful wordsmithing on the Paramount auction as to what is original and so forth...my guess is that this Schwinn would have had originally a Stronglight crankset, Titan bars and stem and Weinnman sidepull brakes...tho anything was possible with Schwinn, except outfitting parts from the future :^) A sharp looking bicycle non-the-less.
