Eric Elman Somers, CT Wrote "What really caught my eye though is the steel Campagnolo crank arms and

aluminum chain rings - identical to the ones on the Cyclist Paramount on

ebay right now. Condition of all chromed items have moderate but not terrible rust. Question is, are these cranks valuable, and in the condition on the ebay bike, what would a set like that be worth." Which reminded me when once when I was in Oscar's bicycle store in San Francisco. He had a set of these and I made a stupid comment about steel cranks arms being heavier than a full aluminum Campagnolo set. Well Oscar in normal manner took my head of stating that he had weighed both sets and the steel with aluminum rings was far lighter. Is not progress great. I did manage to find my head later laying in the corner a little worst shape than a few moments ago. Charles Nighbor In chilly (for California) Walnut Creek, CA
