Brian- i agree with many things you say, but if campy is not even interested in making the parts available, why should they use such "good" customer service skills in addressing the situation? Reproduction campy catalogs are always for sale from Retro-Velo and there is no apparent problem there. Where will this all end? Dave A. in Big Sky MT
