wow ! Who said argentina was having economic troubles ? Here's a blast from Argentina's heyday. An absolute replica of a Campy NR, except there's a brass badge embedded in the place where the Campy shield would be ! It is NOS, 170/42/52, with Nuovo-Record-style rings. It has a bit of nasty shopwear, notably, on the drive side, right around where the crank fits onto the spindle, there are a number of perfectly circular nicks in the crank, with the diameter nicking into the brass badge as well. The diameter is about the size of a fork steerer tube, so my guess is that this crank somehow bounced up and down against the top of a fork. Otherwise REALLY nice, VERY different. $85 shipped. email for jpgs. Mario Girasa, Cambridge, MA
