Go almost all the way to the bottom, you will see a place to enter your CR e-mail address ...... That will open a page in which there are many choices to change your CR e-mail delivery, for instance; - to quit the list, - to receive Digest mode, - to halt or restart mail delivery yet remain a member (as when going on vacation, etc.)
