Same friend has a 59cm c-to-c Bianchi Specialissima that is also too small
for him. He would like to trade framesets for a similar vintage 62 or 61cm
c-to-c Bianchi. His came with the Campagnolo high flange "no Record" hubs so
it should be around a 1963 model. The original black paint has some nicks and
areas that might be touched up but is in basically good original condition.
It has 5 chrome bands on the seat tube.
