Thanks to one and all for the over whelming support and encouragement to pursue this incident to its end. I have received e-mails from so many people I cannot begin to send out replies, but I would like to thank Joe B.Z. for his legal advice. Thanks to the folks that related their personal stories and stories of friends that have had experiences similar to mine, some were down right great. And to all those that pointed out that it could have been my wife or a young kid who doesnt have the skill and experience to avoid what could have been a very serious situation, I will not let you down.
It looks as though we will have the suspect picked up by the police within the week. I will post the outcome if it is all right with Dale.
