I have to chime in and say that sometimes a little tolerance is the appropriate course of action in these matters. Of course I have had my fair share of incidents while on my bicycle, but nowadays I try and let things slid a little more.

A short story that occurred on my motorcycle once. Guy in a truck tryst to run me off the road. I give him the finger. He follows me but I don't know it and I end up getting pistol whipped with the butt end of a 357 magnum. Really you don't know how crazy someone else can be, just a word of warning.

I would press charges to the fullest extent of the law but my ass kicking days are over.
