Aldo, I printed the photo to be able to lay it flat. If I do that, the headtube and the seat tube of each bike are virtually exactly parallel, though each is different from the other. I don't think it's entirely photographic effect, I think the one one the right has really "relaxed" geometry compared to the left. Also the appearance of the right bike is subject to less distortion because it is seen more from the side than from the front. Dave Van Hook (I had to go "into a closet" to look at it) in Hershey.
