Bicycle Classics lists them at http://www.bicycleclassics.com/bottom.html

Strictly speaking, what you need is a Record BB, not Nuovo. Nuovo Record BBs were like the earlier Record except for the thicker cups with the "knurled" or "rifled" opening for the axle, and the axles have the cones set narrower due to the thick cups. Campy never made a NR triple, same with track - Record only.

(Maybe you knew all this; a lot of people say NR when they mean old Record to avoid confusion with the newer version of Record.)

So you need an old Record triple axle and a pair of Record (thin) cups.

If other brands will do, you have lots of choices, but be sure to get a heavily asymmetrical axle, longer on the right. Most axles in that length nowadays (since maybe '85?) are symmetrical, and thus won't be long enough on the right. They will also put your left crank out in left field, which will work but looks dumb!

Again, apologies for the lecture if you already knew all this.
