This was the Hi-E Cosmopolitan. There were less than 20 built, but they were brought into the Cannondale-Klein lawsuit re oversizing of Al tubes as Harlin predated both of them. I have serial #6 and the weight is no exaggeration. The bulge-formed lugs were attached to the tubes with rivets and it creaks when ridden. Front end was so light that once when I jumped after a break, I lifted the whole front and lost control after an incredible wheelie.

My hubs have no stickers, engravings or markings, BTW.
