My 1971 Milan-built Masi GC has the Reynolds "531 Frame Tubes" sticker indicating just main frame tubes are Reynolds and my 1973 Verona-built Masi GC has the Reynolds 531 "fork and stays" decal.

The 1971 has Columbus fork blades with the flat fork crown, and the 1973 (June) has the skinnier Reynolds non-Continental oval fork blades along with the twin-plate fork crown.
