Just in case anyone's building a database. . . .

I just measured my 700c 32 Panaracer Paselas, and they're 27.5mm wide and rise 25.5mm above the rim.

I'm sure there's a possibility batches may differ, but again, it's interesting to see the difference between what's marked on the tire and what the tire measures in actuality. (By the way, I'd tried some 35mm tires on this frame, and the tire pushed up against the chainstays, the seat tube, and the rear brake bridge.)
