No, but I have a (Mazda) Miata to transport a Miyata bike (what's a little "y" between friends?). Anyone know what the word "Miata" or "Miyata" means in Japanese? I imagine it's the same Japanese word with two different English spellings.

I have noticed that many classic bicycle fans also have rather offbeat automotive tastes too. My 1953 Fiat 500C 'Topolino' can easily transport three classic bikes by simply removing the passenger seat and opening the roof (it takes 5 seconds at most to do this.) Of course, they must be full-Italian bikes!

I'd pick up a René Herse or Alex Singer if I could only figure out how to transport it inside my 1974 Alpine Renault (we can all dream). Anybody out there that has a Bianchi car to carry their Bianchi bike(s)?
