The use of 'groupo' or 'grouppo' also irk me, but nowhere near as much as the use of 'campy'. Campagnolo, further to being a company respected throughout the world is also a family name, would you like to be called Bulgy? Furthermore the 'g' combines with the 'n' to give a 'nyee' sound in Italian.
