Well, there was at least one set... http://bulgier.net/pics/bike/catalogs/Raleigh74/02TeamPro.jpg In addition, a friend has a later Raleigh catalog in which the Team still has these levers. The 1974 one could be some pre-production prototype, but they were also depicted in the catalog in 1976 or 1977. I have seen old race photos that seem to show riders with SR levers having the old curve. The holes seem to be in exactly the right places, so I doubt they are drilled-out Records. I suspect the old curve SR levers were the standard until the CPSC changes, which is when the the record levers changed. Of course, I could be imagining all this.
