The clamp on Canti's on the 40's and 50's Schwinns may well have been made by Webb. The are a wise addition for Town and Country Tandems of the era in keeping with period parts-the drum brakes by themselves are more for slowing than stopping :^) BTW, I have a 1958 Schwinn Town and Country Triple Tandem with a Campagnolo Gran Sport 3-Speed setup.
