It's a bit dofficult to tell from the photos but my quess is it's an Ital Vega. It obviously has Italian BB threads or else they couldn't have put the BB in backwards. Furthermore, whoever did that decal job should be shot. This is not uncommon on eBay. Someone tries to give people an impression that is completely false. That bike is a POS with a bunch of nice parts hanging on it. That is shameless in my book. Whoever the "builder/restorer" of fine Italian bikes is that is presenting this stuff needs to cease.

That bike is NOT a Cinelli. How on earth does someone debate that, it's way too obvious.
