Are we all looking at the same bike? I see a large black bike with Campagnolo stickers all over it. Nice parts on it. If it's the bike I keep seeing when I go to the link I get an Ital Vega (diamond cutouts in lugs, crude concave seat stay caps on double taper stays, diamond in the fork crown, chainstay bridge (plate) with a diamond stamped out of it) all indicate an Ital Vega from the early 70's or so. Where is everyone getting this Windsor/Cinelli debate. You guys must be looking at a different frame. Where is it??
