Swiss bikes are variable. My two Mondias have Swiss BBs and French headsets, as does my Cilo and two Allegro frames I have. Many of these Swiss bikes will take a 22.2 mm stem though. And then Motobecane goes back and forth between Swiss and French BB threading too.

Swiss BBs aren't really that hard to find.
