Hello CR list members

I noticed Lou made a reference yesterday to a Grandis frame he has, and I wasn't familiar with this marque, and then this morning there was a nice orange Grandis with yellow decals locked to a parking meter outside my building!! Clearly very 70's in it's details, unfortunately this one has had many of it's original parts replaced. Any basic info on where these frames came from and such would be appreciated.
