That's an odd one. The tubing appears to be Vitus as opposed to Reynolds (judging by the shape of the indentions in the chainstays). Sounds as if the BB may be French threads. Simplex dropouts. It may be of French origin but doesn't look familiar. Could also be someones homebuilt project. Someone should get the correct seat post diameter and wheather it is French threads/metric tubing or not. The only other clue here is that the previous owner was color blind.
