I: [CR]FB Italian or French?

I too was under the impression that FB was Italian, however the FB name could also signify Frères Brivio, notwithstanding that it would be more commonplace and customary to use Brivio Frères were a French corporate name derived from those two words. I believe that if it were up to the evidence presented in these notes, it would point to it being more likely that it was an Italian company.
