I sold them also in the early 1970s.. They were more like the "normal" models from Jeunet, Mercier, St. Etienne, Bertin, Paris Sport (the basic French ones), Sutter, or Gitane.... Foil decals, chalky paint, indifferent construction details, etc. Ranging from "not bad" to "awful!" I give Peugeot a few extra points in paint finish and packaging. (We talked about this a long time ago in the CR.. about how even cheap Peugeot's came shrink wrapped in the box and actually were a lot more shaped up in finish and details than other bike boom folks.)
