Maybe somebody already recommended them, but the Torrelli Masters rims are super nice and reasonably priced. Silver finish and no ugly NASCAR style graphics! Just a tasteful little sticker. Rivendell may have them, but I ordered mine from Todd at Tullio's Big Dog Cyclery:
