Like most, if not all, derailleur makers, Simplex made barends. The later ones have the retrofriction internals. I've got a couple of pairs and they work beautifully.. They turn up every once in a while. Don't plan on impressing everyone on thePhilcycles@aol.com ride, though, because at a distance they look just like Suntours-black covers.
