It's time for new cycling shorts and I can't seem to find any that I like. For me good lycra shorts were a wonderful addition to the world of cycling. Those of you that are allergic to wool will understand. For those of you who you don't understand, go sit in a pile of poison oak and then go ride and you'll know what I'm talking about. Beyond that tight black shorts just aren't my thing. You used to be able to find nice shorts designed for bike touring, but alas no more. They looked like regular shorts, kind of like what Jeff Corwin would wear, but with a padded seat and no seam through the middle. Does anyone know anybody who still makes these things? Yes I've looked like all the modern MTB shorts and they're just a little too "cool" for me. thanks, Brandon"monkeyman"Ives Doesn't care if he looks like a dork in Santa Barbara, Calif.
