Jose,

I think any Cinelli from 1970 and before is going to have fender eyelets on the fork ends, fender bosses on the bridges for mounting fenders, oil hole with screw in top of bottom bracket shell, possibly a drain hole with screw in bottom of bottom bracket and maybe even a 74mm bottom bracket shell (probable in the 1960s with a cottered crank).

Or not...
