Despite what the copy says, I have yet to measure a Cinelli that is 72 parallel. That said, I'll say I haven't measured every size, but most are really modern (circa 1970) with non-parallel angles. My 1970 Ron Kitching handbook says: "TUBING COLUMBUS reinforced throughout or with REYNOLDS 531 main triangle tubes on request."

The 72 parallel seem to be for 22" (56cms) frames listed as "stock models have typical measurements as follows:Frame size 22" etc.

The 60 to 62 cm frames I've measured have all been 74 head and 73 or 72 seat.
