Let's not forget the arms marked with a "21" in a square. Mine are non fluted, with an engraved shield logo, and also with smooth dust caps. With a lot of searching around months ago (and help from the "Timeline", I believe), I determined mine to be 1985 or 1986 if I recall correctly.
