No es necessario, amigo. I read it, understood it fully, and you are reporting second-hand speculation about the origin of the paper, not fact. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that.

Did the two owners keep their eyes on their frames 24 hours a day for the entire time they had their bikes? Did they personally watch every mechanic that worked on their bikes for over 30 years? Hell no they didn't.

It's certainly an interesting anecdote, but you have zip, nada, bupkis that even points towards, let alone proves that, anyone at Witcomb stuffed that paper in there.
