Thanks. That makes sense to me. It means that you could slip an Al bolt into a Ti-bolted der., but not vice-versa (or not without a little tweaking, anyways). I'm not sure why Campy changed the diameter so slightly, though - seems silly without knowing more about it.

I would also believe the '78-'79 timeframe for Al bolts as OEM.
