The Russian National Track Team end 50's to late 60's rode Dutch RIH to most of their world titles. Among them an occasional French CNC. RIH still exists and makes about 200 racing frames (track, road and touring) yearly. What happened to CNC? Rob Vermeer, Aruba

> In addition to Colnago (mentioned previously), Russian (Soviet) National Team also used Masi 3V and Mandaric. Mandaric was built in Yugoslavia from early 80s to 1988 when the builder moved to Canada. I don't have anymore info on Russian builders, but please send along any information so I can update the Used Bicycle Buyers Guide. Lou Deeter, Orlando FL
