John,

I believe I have one of those. Mine was full Campy, and 1st edit. Campy brakes. I had no knowledge of this brand either. It is identical to a Mondia Special. Someone once told me they think it is a Mondia, but rebadged for a different market. Unfortunately, that's the only info I ever came across.

O.K. ladies and gents,I appeal to our collective knowledge. Who knows the real deal w/ this one: I just took a look at a "Juvela"( say that 3 times REAL fast). All nuovo record ("patent" only rear der.) except mafic brakes. Nervex fancy, 8 in. of chrome on forks and stays. Med. blue fine mettalic paint w/white pinstriping. Brass headbadge w/four clovers. Excellent cond. French threads, "dulica" rims, rear brake cable hanger braze-on (alla Mondia and Raleigh Inter.) semi-wrap around at top of seat stays(serial # stamped here). Looks all orig and cherry.Never heard of it! I'm thinking somthing nordic, maybe Finland. And yes, its my size, shes for sale and, I ain't sayin where. See youse Sunday in Boston. ciao, John T.Pergolizzi Too HOT, N.Y.C.
