OK, I realize it is almost vulture like to post a topic like this- but where else am I going to find a focus group like this?? I would love to find my second vintage track bike- My first frame (PARAMOUNT) was STOLEN from my shed/shop, but I am in a no-velo war zone- no old stuff to be found. I have an old puegeot U08 converted fixed road bike, and have ignorantly peddled away any of my old cool 531 sweet lugged beasts, so I am now frameless and looking for action-

here is what I (we all) want: a 53-55cm track bike/frame (prefer whole setup bike- but frame can do) for a ridicuously low sum of money- must rival rivendell in lug work and cycleart in paint for next to nothing. Must have the very best of everything throw in for the sake of the hobby alone- no extra $$ can be spent :-)

Get the idea- what I am TRULY looking for is someone maybe in need of a few $$ that would like to thin out an oddball with decent parts and a solid frame- paint not really an issue if lugs are good- I wouldnt mind trying my hand at painting- Not looking for a 1920 rust bucket to pump cash into- but 60's+ low to med $$$ outlay that I can actually ride not wallhang and cringe when I see dust or small children near it

Can anyone help me out??

Also looking for a cool MOUSTACHE STYLE BAR like those found on bridgestones a few years back
