I'm not a Cinelli expert by any means, but the catalog I have shows the SC with a sloping fork crown, the "B" model with a flat crown. I also noticed that there isn't an oil port on the bb. I don't know if they ever came without the port given the date the seller states. My '63 frame has oil ports, one on top and one on the bottom.
