The stoker set-up looks way less than comfortable to me. Very short, with the stoker's face mashed into the captain's lower back. I note also that the double lateral appears copied from the modestly popular Gitanes of the day -- a design that was abandoned prior to the construction of this bike (note last-generation SR crankarms for dating purposes).
A handsome curiousity bike for a cost-is-no-object Colnago collector, but I suspect that the current owner's use (hanging on display) is the appropriate one.
