Wonderful, and interesting to see. Very intersting. What's the derivation of the bird (?) symbol on the lever housing?
And what the heck are the proper terms for the two titties on either end of the skewer -- the one with the lever, and the one with the wing? I don't know if I ever knew a proper name for those pieces.
