Jandd makes something almost identical to what you describing. http://www.jandd.com/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=FTBII. Only $17. There is also another version made by Jandd for Tufo that has the Yellow Tufo logo stiched on the side. This is the one I have seen in bike shops, usually for about $20.

Back in the late 70's and early 80's Cannondale made a seat bag made for

holding a folded tubular tire. On either side were two small zipper pockets for tools, keys etc. Does anyone know if these are available new or used.
