I happened to pass this item on ebay, and the description rung a bell:
Campagnolo SR Rear Mint Box Titanium Bolts Item # 1854374388

I'm sure that the last 4 digits of that control number are associated with the later crank arm coding, no? (Mine have the square/22.) This must be how you smart guys out there theorized about the codes being associated with warranty replacements? Figured I'd throw that out there, just in case it has not been covered before, but certainly not to replay anything from the CR list past.
