What was that shop and did they work As I remember they were well spoken of and kind of pretty in a functional way.

I vaguely remember that they used straight stock aluminum and stretched out the pully distance so that it could wrap more chain. I the body provided plenty of clearance for large cogs and range for 6 speed.

I would assume that this would be problematic in that the frame bolt pivot was not sprung or maybe not.

The 70's were a long time ago. Assuming much about vague memories and would love to be reminded by those who know. >>
