Steven:

I've never, ever seen an NOS 50th group actually change hands for more than $2500.

Is anyone else aware of an actual cash transaction at a higher price?

(That recent NOS one on eBay surprised me - but had exactly one bid at the min. of $2500).

$1000 for a very nice used one is eBay-level pricing IMO, but if it's really low-mileage, might seem reasonable "full market value" all-round.

Cheers,

Greg Parker A2 MI USA

(Where I'll sell my NOS 50th group with 175mm cranks and 32-hole hubs for $4000 in a New York minute if anyone's interested....).
