leanord,

for a moment there you had me helpless and wistfully enjoying your imagery ....

citroen ds23 decapotable - perhaps ultimate french mojo, svelte whilst awkward, lines that are neither young nor old and that its a decapotable means its even more chic and super rare then and now. before its time for what seems like 3 generations of 4 wheeled penchance and even now after 3 decades since it ceased to be produced could outclass moderns in many ways if not only with just its style.

Sopghie Marceau - tatlly winsome, beguiling with oodles of that frenchness that is close to impossible to describe but easy to notice.

Condrieu - great wine from a district that is barely heralded but always good drinking and attainable for any class.

but then i dropped like a a basket of stale eggs

edith piaf???? - killing me here. give me Serge gainsbourg any day - inimitable, maverick and a man that truly lived whilst he was alive and moved many a person who lived by their heart alone. i could even dig Sascha Distel for a little while but Edith .... aint happening.

...what simplex skewers sell for is beyond me as my heart doesn't lust for them and i am not discerning enough to know why they are valued other than being correct for whatever given bike of that period they are for. perhaps a case of ignorance is money in the bank but what do i know.
