I have a friend who requests advice on the best way to remove unwanted decals which are above the clear coat on his bike without harming the paint below.
The same friend wishes to re-chrome two forks and would appreciate any recommendations as to where to have them sent and an idea of about how much this might cost him.
Any advice would be appreciated and may be offered off list if preferred, or on list.
