In the event that someone digs around in their parts bins on Rich's behalf, I need a Normandy Luxe high flange as well. Not because I've one with a warped flange but to replace a Schwinn-branded Normandy hub on my Raleigh Competition.

I concur with those who think that it shouldn't be ridden; especially given that it is a front wheel.
