Yes, Carsten does ship bikes for very reasonable sums. However, the post office treats the boxes roughly, so it is worth spending a few more Euros to add insurance. Carsten packs the bikes well, but the post office would seem to have other ideas. Have had several bikes arrive in good shape, with the boxes in shreds and a lame look from the Postie...
